At PSF, we believe that every child has the potential to become a healthy, happy, and conscious citizen of the world. We believe that we can create healthier communities by teaching children skills that will help them cope with social, economic and environmental factors

Our Mission:
Assisting our local communities in achieving health and harmony through yoga and mindfulness programs.

Our Goal:

Respond To The Needs
Of Our Community.

Since 2013, Pratyush Sinha Foundation (PSF) has been providing Mindfulness and Yoga interventions in schools and communities.
In the 2018-19 school year alone, we reached more than 10,000 children, adolescents and adults in the Lehigh Valley. We are using Mindfulness and Yoga as preemptive tools that allow for whole-brain child to grow. We are using mindfulness as the starting place of building relationships and connection so that the Lehigh Valley can continue to evolve as a vital, adaptive, and thriving community where children and adolescents feel safe and nurtured.

Our Highlight:

PSF is grateful to Senator Browne for his leadership in bringing about Trauma Informed Approaches to Education in Pennsylvania. We thank him for securing $500,000 in state funding to help establish a Trauma-Informed Mindfulness Education pilot program in the Allentown School District.

PSF is a 501(c)3 non profit organization.

What The Kids Are Saying:

"I like mindfulness because it stops me from raging. It calms me down. Other people should do it because its relaxing."
